My name is Elizabeth Tennant and I’m a Certified IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) Health Coach who has been passionate about helping clients find their optimal wellness through my proven 6-month coaching program - teaching people how to adopt a healthier life through guidance and inspiration. Together we make step-by-step changes to their diet and lifestyle at a pace that’s comfortable for them.

My 6-month program includes two 50-minute sessions per month, weekly check-ins, personalized handouts and giveaways. With each session you complete you will receive a detailed record of your progress, your personalized suggestions and “homework” which are 3 things you need to work on for the following session. Prior to each new 50-min session you will fill out a “Revisit Form” which helps to measure your personal progress as well as guide us along—keeping us focused on your goals. Each 6-month program includes an optional educational grocery store trip or what we call a “pantry raid” where we look through the foods you consume on a regular basis and I suggest healthier alternatives.

Throughout my childhood, I was a Lucky Charms, Pop Tarts, Kraft mac n cheese, ice cream and cookies kinda girl. Due to its pure convenience and my own personal pickiness my diet consisted mainly of high-processed, nutrient-less food. Like so many others, this diet of mine did not come without eventually having to pay a price...

Far too many years of my young life were spent struggling with constant debilitating migraines, battling chronic sinus infections, skin issues, and frequent illnesses - always jumping from one antibiotic to the next. After what seemed like countless visits to various physicians and undergoing expensive procedures with very little to no results at all I began to lose hope. 

It’s quite humorous to look back on this now, but as a sort of "last resort" I paid a visit to a holistic nutritionist for the first time in my early 20's. This one visit alone completely revolutionized all my prior thinking regarding the topic of food and what I had considered to be a "healthy diet”. My eyes were being opened and so my journey to healing began…
As years went by, my nutritional knowledge steadily increased as did my personal overall health. What I have learned and continue learning is just too good to keep all to myself and that is how I find myself here now, as a certified health coach! Ready to help change others’s lives.
I’m not going to say that I became healthy overnight, or that it was always easy for me. It is a process. It was a serious exercise in discipline and commitment over time that yielded the results I was looking for. However, it did happen for me and I know it is possible for YOU as well!

MAYBE IT’S TIME…To begin your health journey! YOU are worth it! This is not a fad diet, or a list of rules to follow, but rather an education in learning to listen to your body and finding out what works best for you specifically, and getting rid of what doesn’t. Instead of being handed a quick-fix pill for your problems, wouldn’t you rather expose the root of your issues and get rid of them once-and-for-all? I would love to help you through the process for greater health and happiness in your life! And best of all, it can be done QUITE DELICIOUSLY! 
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you to your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and resources. 
As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.

A health history helps us both get to know one another and to discover if we would be a good fit for working together. You get to see what I’m about, how I work and what the coaching process is like. This time is used to discover your fundamental needs, discuss concerns, goals and for you to see how the 6-month program can change your life. There is a confidential form you must fill out either in-person or through the computer. Health histories as well as the entire 6-month program can either be done in-person or video chat on your device. Depending on your location and/or schedule, sometimes Zoom calls work best — however if you are in close proximity to the Warwick NY area I’d love to meet up in person (at least for the initial consultation if possible!) 


Yes! I have done group coaching and have hosted small workshops- for example an “immunity” seminar and “sugar talk”… contact me to discuss/arrange this!
